How can we offer the best warranty in the business on black nerf bars?  It’s simple, our product is made better.   The four stage galvanized black powder coat process is so durable that it makes it the best in its class. 

First, the tube is immersed in a phosphate bath to clean and prepare the surface. Next, it is hot dip galvanized to provide a corrosion resistant layer inside and out. Then, an epoxy-coat layer is applied, inside and out, as yet another barrier to corrosion. Finally, a resilient layer of semi-gloss black powder coat is applied giving the tube a gleaming yet tough finish.
